Cave Direct is bringing Hanalei IPA from Kona to the UK trade for the first time, complementing the brewery’s popular flagship beer, Big Wave.

Hanalei IPA is a 4.5% hoppy session beer brewed with passion fruit, guava and orange, and is being imported to the UK in cold containers to keep the session IPA’s tropical flavours intact.

“It’s a light, hop-forward beer with lots of fruit on the aroma, a delicious juicy sweetness of the body and a clean, assertive bitterness on the end. And true to style, it’s rammed with flavour at just 4.5%,” the company explained.

Cave Direct is supplying Hanalei IPA in 24 x 330ml cases and is launching the beer at events in London, Manchester and Bristol on 17th June.
