The Chiltern Brewery launches new IPAs

The Chiltern Brewery has unveiled two limited edition bottle-conditioned ales, a White IPA and a Black IPA.

Both beers have been aged for 18 months and have been bottle-conditioned at the brewery. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Its White IPA 7.5% is a golden caramel colour marrying full bodied Maris Otter and wheat malts with East Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops for a “beautifully balanced rich brew with a commanding hop aroma”.

The Black IPA 7.8% is described as a dark ruby smooth roasted black IPA that “brings together all the best of stouts and IPAs in harmony and is blessed with refined treacle and liquorice notes”.
