The Brewers Journal bridges the disconnect between breweries and those that enable the brewing process and the wealth of products and services that exist around that. The Brewers Journal launched as a UK print publication, and now in its ninth year is the leading brewing magazine, a fortnightly podcast, regional live events, the largest brewing congress, a daily-updated website and active weekly newsletter.

our brands

editorial plan

As of 2026, The Brewers Journal as adopted a ‘digital first’ policy, meaning that all content will first appear on the website or a podcast before running in any analogue form.  We publish daily news updates to the website driving repeating daily visits. We also deliver deeper content on a daily basis to knowledge share, provide evergreen resources and encourage longer engagement.

Weekly schedule

Monday: Unplanned / ad hoc content responding to seasonal changes and industry movement, such as our Brewers Intelligence reports.

Tuesday: Monthly focus, a series of articles providing how to guides, trouble shooting tips, commercial insights and buying guides.

Wednesday: Brewers Journal Podcast a personal chat with a brewery or industry expert that can share their own journey and advice for others.

Thursday: The Long Read article, either a Meet the Brewery, a Home Brew Hero, a Talking Point or a Big Interview piece.

Friday: The Newsletter, a round up of the week’s content and upcoming events for the next few weeks, sent directly into subscribers inboxes.
