Oskar Blues is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with the launch of Overmountain Citrus Wheat.

The beer, brewed exclusively at Oskar Blues Brevard Brewery & Taproom in North Carolina, is “inspired by revolutionary War patriots” and described as perfect way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.

Overmountain Citrus Wheat is a 5% ABV wheat beer that pours “like a freshly squeezed burst of sunshine”. It has notes of tangerine, sweet orange, and lemon zest lift every sip, finishing crisp and citrus‑forward with an easy‑drinking wheat base.

For visitors that want to try the beer in person, Overmountain Citrus Wheat will be available during Oskar Blues’ upcoming World Cup Watch Party for the USMNT in Round 1 of the knockout stages on July 1st at 8pm.
