Amélie Tassin is the founding Director at Tipple Marketing, a beer specialist marketing and strategy agency based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, business management, brand development, and events coordination. Fluent in English and French, she has worked across sectors including retail banking, property development, cosmetics, and food & drinks in both France and the UK.

Committed to promoting equality and inclusivity in the industry, she is the founder of Women in Beer®, organising a festival, mentorship programme, awards, and offering talks and workshops to help businesses to enhance their DEI practices.

In 2025, Amelie was awarded the Diversity and Inclusivity Champion Award at the Brewers Congress in London, and is one of the Drinks Retailing 2026 Top 100 Most Influential People in Drinks.
