The team at The Brewers Journal believe that beer, the beer industry and the wider beer community, is for everyone. We are committed to ensuring The Brewers Congress is a safe and inclusive space for all attendees, suppliers and other staff.
We want you to feel that you can be your true self without fear of judgement. We have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment in any way, shape or form towards any fellow guests.
We want you to feel comfortable, included and able to have a good time when drinking the beers on offer. We will not stand for any form of hate, ignorance or discrimination. The effects of alcohol consumption will not excuse harassing behaviour at any time. We take our responsibilities seriously and all staff at The Brewers Journal are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others at all times.
We want to make sure the wider beer industry is an inclusive and safe space and will seek confirmation that a code of conduct which we feel is in line with ours is in place for any beer festivals or events that we attend or that our beers pour at with our knowledge.
We will not stock products with sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or any other discriminatory branding and we will not work with companies who we know to behave in these ways or who discriminate, harass or bully their staff or customers.
Should you witness or experience negative behaviour while attending, please report it as soon as possible to one of our team or email tim@reby.media with details.
