Yishen Li has awarded a yeast genetics PhD in 2022 and worked with brewing yeast since then. He works with Murphy and Son as a research fellow from 2024 in research and new products development. He specializes in fermentation control, yeast breeding, beer and spirit flavour analysis. He also helps customers for bespoken tests to tackle the problems in daily production.
