A world class chemist, Flora McKinney oversees the liquid development, innovation,
quality, and production for DioniLife, the leading non-alcohol company founded by spirits
industry innovators. In this role, she is responsible for all non-alcoholic beer, spirits, and
cocktails.

Having joined DioniLife from the energy sector, where she served as a nuclear reactor
operator and engineer, McKinney is recognized for the detailed and scientific approach
that she brings to the portfolio.

As the Head Brewer for DioniLife’s non-alcohol beer Mash Gang, McKinney works
closely with partners Abita Brewing Company in the U.S. and Hall & Woodhouse in the
U.K, to perfect the unique Mash Gang process. While most non-alcohol beers are
brewed to 4-5%, and then stripped of alcohol, Mash Gang’s innovative process leads to
a precisely brewed, <0.5% beer that is recognized as one of the top non-alcohol beers.
In fact, Mash Gang won the world’s most prestigious competition, the 2026 World Beer
Cup® (WBC)

As senior technical lead for troubleshooting, third-party manufacturing, and continuous
improvement, McKinney is responsible for final liquid quality production for this award
winning portfolio.
