Kathryn has recently joined the Maltsters’ Association of Great Britain, having worked in the cereals plant breeding sector for the previous 12 years, working with both wheat and malting barley. In previous roles, Kathryn has worked on sustainability projects focusing on the benefits to all members in the food chain, whilst understanding the impacts of changing practices.
