Little Lion World Beverages, the owner of Fourpure and Magic Rock, has confirmed it is “reviewing options” for the UK businesses.

The company, which also counts brand such as Little Creatures and New Belgium Brewing in its stable, said it was looking at the options available to “best set” the UK businesses out for future success.

“While working through this strategic review, our focus remains our team and brewing our award-winning beers,” they added in a statement.

Kirin-owned Lion acquired 100% of Huddersfield’s Magic Rock back in March 2019, some eight months after acquiring London-based Fourpure.
