The Indian Brewery has partnered with TRGC, a leading UK travel hub hospitality operator, to expand into Birmingham Airport.
Indian Brewery BHX airport will showcase its fresh range of craft beers including fan favourites such as “Juicy Mango Pale Ale” and “Pekok Lager” which will be available on tap, paired with their iconic range of Indian pizzas and breakfast naan sandwiches.
Passengers flying through Birmingham airport will be able to kick start their day with a hearty breakfast menu including naan sandwiches; bacon, sausage and cheese naans – delicious. In addition to the mouth-watering naan sandwiches and Indian Pizza’s, passengers will also be able to try a new selection of toasties and sides including the must eat butter paneer toastie and cheesy masala wedges.
The third location will boast an independent locally brewed craft beer range, delicious food menu and an incredible all day drinking bar with a great selection of carefully crafted cocktails. – A passengers delight.
The Birmingham airport location represents a significant milestone for The Indian Brewery Company, which has built its reputation on locally brewed beers in the heart of Birmingham and a strong innovative food offering. The airport venue will maintain the brands commitment to fresh ingredients and innovative takes on classic dishes while adapting to the unique needs of airport dining.
The venue will feature the brand’s characteristic modern aesthetic whilst incorporating design elements suited to the airport environment. Construction and fit-out are currently underway, with the grand opening scheduled before Christmas 2025, positioning The Indian Brewery to become a new dining destination for passengers before they fly.
