Annabel Smith is an award-winning Beer Sommelier, educator, writer, and broadcaster. She is the owner of BeerBelle, a company which creates and delivers training solutions and events for the beer industry. She is the Head of Training at The Cask Marque Trust, a WSET Beer Educator, and project lead for the Guild of Beer Sommeliers training and accreditation programme. She is also the founder member of Dea Latis, an organisation which educates women about beer, and conducts research into female behaviours, attitudes and opinions about beer. Annabel has championed the quality and unique characteristics of cask beer since her early days as a publican in Yorkshire.
