Kate Hyde is Head Brewer and Director at Hand Brew Co, based in Brighton & Worthing. She has been brewing for over a decade and has worked in the beer industry in the UK and France. She is a Women in Beer Mentor and won the Inaugural Women in Beer Brewer of the Year Award in 2025.
