Talk title: Brewing hop-forward pale ales and IPAs
Jack will share some of the brewery’s best practice approach to hopping rates and the process involved in the production of pale ales and IPAs.

Jack Walker is the head brewer at Liverpool-based Azvex. Founded by Adam Henderson in 2020, the brewery has made its name brewing a wealth of leading IPAs, thick fruited sours, and imperial stouts. And Jack has been a hugely integral part of that journey. The brewery has worked with a range of breweries from across the globe and has pushed the boundaries of beer with releases like P(doom), a high-gravity 10% ABV imperial cream stout. Based in the heart of Liverpool, their taproom has 12 taps pouring fresh beer and a fridge full of cans to take away.
