London Fields Brewery to relaunch this week

London Fields Brewery will relaunch at Craft Beer Rising, armed with a revamped core range and collaboration beers.

The business, which was acquired through a joint venture between Carlsberg and Brooklyn Brewery in 2017, appointed Talfryn Provis-Evans as its head brewer last month.

The brewery is currently commissioning its new brewhouse setup, which is expected to come online at the end of this year, while Hackney Wick-based Truman’s will brew the outfit’s core range on an ongoing basis.

The revamped core range on offer at Craft Beer Rising will comprise the 4.2% pale ale Hackney Hopster and 3 Weiss Monkeys a 5% hoppy wheat beer.

Also on show is lychee & coconut sour brewed in collaboration with Crate Brewery and Banoff With Your Head, a banoffee ale produced with Peterborough’s Nene Valley.

“We want to work with local breweries, scientists and other creative minds to explore new collaborations and produce some high-intensity, pleasure inducing beers,” explained Provis-Evans.
