Introducing Thiol Unleashed, the first commercialised strain from WHC Lab’s innovative new hybrid programme which seeks to redefine fermentation-derived flavour. This non-GMO hybrid combines the best of our brewing yeast with some carefully selected genetic traits to enhance the release of bound thiols. Our hybrid programme will continue to deliver exciting new yeast to push the boundaries of brewing.
